　　Logo identification is an effective means to prove the uniqueness of products and ensure product traceability. In order to further standardize the signs of agricultural machinery subsidized products, strengthen the supervision of subsidized products, and protect the interests of farmers who purchase machinery and the safety of financial funds, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

　　1. Each production enterprise has signed a letter of commitment for the production of agricultural machinery subsidized products. They must strictly fulfill their commitments, provide necessary personnel and facilities and equipment such as nameplate (steel stamp) coding machines, and do a good job in the identification of agricultural machinery subsidized products. In strict accordance with the relevant regulations, set up permanent nameplates, spray or paste the words "2014 State-subsidized Equipment and Tools" on the obvious parts of the equipment, and stamp the machine tool number on the fixed position of the machine body with a starting mark. The content of the nameplate includes the manufacturer. , product name and model, factory number, production date, implementation standards and other information. The nameplate should be made of metal and be securely fixed and non-removable.

For subsidized products such as tea machines that have not been sold in accordance with the requirements of subsidized product specifications, relevant manufacturers can properly resolve them by entrusting local distributors and combining "Three Guarantees" services. Unsold subsidized products must be strictly regulated and marked. The agricultural machinery management department will organize forces to carry out supervision and inspection in a timely manner, find problems and deal with them seriously. At the same time, this year, the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy operation methods have been changed and adjusted. All production enterprises should carefully study and understand the connotation of the policy, consult the local agricultural machinery management department in time, and prevent the occurrence of irregular business behaviors.
