Attentions for making adhesive-dripping scutcheon：

1、1.The container for the adhesive-dripping scutcheon must be dry and clean and free of dust. Otherwise, the surface effect of the solidified glue will be affected and will lead to such undesirable effects as ripple, water wave, and pocking mark.

2、The glue must be accurately weighted as per the weight ratio. Imbalanced ratio will keep the glue from drying for a long time or change the hard glue into soft one. The glue must be evenly stirred. Otherwise, after the glue is solidified, it will cause turtle grain, namely the resin grain, or the glue will not be solidified thoroughly.

3、It is advisable to control the relative air humidity of the working environment to no higher than 68%, and the field temperature from 23 to 25 ℃. If there is too much moisture in the working environment, the glue surface will be oxidized into fog or bubble that are hard to eliminate. Too high or too low a temperature will affect the solidification and application duration of glue.

4、4.The objects of operation applied with glue shall be placed to the concentration area for drying. The drying temperature shall range from approx. 28℃ to 40℃. Auto scutcheon; products applying special process
